why I chose to come to Saint Mary and what I love most about it.

Honestly, I chose Saint Mary because there was no choice except that. I came from Korea about a month ago. This is my first year in America and my parents didn’t want me to stay with strange people.

Now, I’m staying at my father’s friend’s house. Saint Mary was the nearest school from his house so i decided to came here. It takes only 5 minutes to get there from school.

I don’t know much about this school yet because I have been here for only 3 weeks, but the part that I like most is that this school is smallet than others. There are not many students here so it’s not crowded, and quiet. Also, it’s easier to concentrate on the class and we can discuss easily during the class.

I googled good posture and i found the website about it.

http://www.wikihow.com/Improve-Your-Posture

There were 5 following lessons.

1.Sit in an office chair.

2.Align your back with the back of the office chair. Avoid slouching or leaning forward, especially when tired from sitting in the office chair for long periods. Keep your shoulders straight.

3.Flex your arms at a 75- to 90-degree angle at the elbows. You may have to adjust the office chair.

4.Make sure your neck, back, and heels are all aligned.

5.Keep both feet flat on the floor. If there’s a problem with feet reaching the floor comfortably, a footrest can be used along with the office chair.

My favorite childhood memory

Posted by: ashleyahn03 on: September 15, 2009

My favorite childhood memory is  a vacation to Paris with my family when i was six years old. My father lived in London at that time because of  his business, and my mother and i visited him from Korea. We went to Paris by Eurostar. I saw an Eiffel tower at night and it was awesome. I also went to Disney Park. I think that vacation was very  impressive to me because it was my first overseas trip.
